It runs on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API; the number stays in the business's own Meta account.
- How much does Badex Chat cost?
- Three monthly plans: Starter ₺1,990, Growth ₺4,490, Enterprise ₺9,990 (excl. VAT). Annual billing gets 10% off and 10% bonus AI credits. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Other products are priced on their own sites.

- Badex Chat data is stored in Frankfurt (EU) and encrypted with TLS. WhatsApp is connected through the official Meta API; AI replies are generated through the OpenAI API (data is not used for training). Panel login is two-step with a WhatsApp one-time code; the database is backed up twice a day to a separate location.
