Since 2011, we've turned ideas into systems that actually work.
Our journey of nearly fifteen years began in digital marketing, deepened into enterprise software, and arrived at its current form with AI: a technology company bringing its own products to the global market.
Our Story
Badex was founded in 2011 in Gaziantep, offering digital marketing and software services. From day one, we've kept two disciplines at the same table: the marketing mindset that grows a brand, and the software engineering that carries that growth. This combination let us manage hundreds of brands' advertising, e-commerce and enterprise systems under one roof.
That trust took us beyond our borders: across 14 European countries, we ran large firms' high-budget advertising and marketing operations on software we built ourselves. These systems — bringing budget, campaign data and reporting together in a single panel — turned months of manual work into days. The same principle held true for the enterprise systems we built, from logistics to manufacturing: software should make work easier — that's been the core of what we do ever since.
Over the years, our focus shifted toward technologies that transform customer communication: we specialized in chatbot and live-support systems, caught the AI wave early, and turned that experience into products of our own. Today we power the daily operations of thousands of businesses with Badex Chat, RezervX and Taggest.
We carry our engineering strength in Turkey into international markets through Badex LLC, our US-registered entity. Our apps are live in 175 countries on the App Store and Google Play; our AI assistants answer our customers' customers in their own languages — Turkish, English, Arabic and dozens more.

What began in 2011 as a one-person vision has grown into a technology company with three SaaS products in the global market. With a rare dual expertise spanning marketing strategy to product architecture, he remains every product's first user, harshest critic, and the owner of its roadmap. "A working system, not a pitch deck" is his signature principle.
